La Cruz anchorage

Does anyone know if you can get wifi when anchored in La Cruz (Banderas bay)? looking for a way to get TV with over the air antenna or wifi.

Also anyone knows if there are US channels with air antenna?

Could occasionally get an open WIFI connection out in the La Cruz anchorage last spring when we were there, but very poor links - no way you are going to stream any TV or video that way. We have a Bullet radio to pull in weak WIFI but not a lot of help there. Could also get 3G signal, but again limited bandwidth and high $ per GB, so never even attempted Youtube or any other streaming that way. Things can always change however.

Need to go into town or marina and use a local WIFI at a bar or coffee shop and maybe get good signal. Bandwidth always an issue, but maybe some streaming at lower resolutions. Web surfing and email no issue, Skype marginally. Good high speed internet connections are rare.
