Florida to USVI

I was wondering how you hook up with other boats to travel from Florida to the USVI? Are there any groups I can join to see who might be looking for a partner.? We are hoping to head down in November with a motor yacht. Any information would be greatly appreciated as this will be our first time.

Curious...did you make it to USVI? how was the passage? we were kicking around the idea leaving mid-december in our trawler but that window/timing is fast closing on us.

We are still working our way down the coast. We are in Jekyll Island tonight. Hope to be in Jupiter area by Wednesday and planning on spending a week or so getting the boat ready to do the trek. Maybe if it works out we can do together.
