Talking It could be cold tonight, but we are going to do it!

We are going to the boat in a few minutes and cook dinner and stay overnight. Just so you know there is 10" of ice on the lake. There is nothing like the sound of bubblers to lull you to sleep.

I hope irwinsailor doesn't blow a circuit breaker

Its awful chilly tonight, with a snowstorm predicted. Got to keep those electric heaters running!

Red face Hope yer heater works!

Jeez man!! Are you mad?? It was - 32 over here on Huron a couple of days ago....can't be much better over there on Michigan! Having said that....if mine wasn't shrink wrapped I might try that myself....I'd just make sure my heater was up to it!

There is nothing like being in a 70 degree boat in the water iced in with 12" of snow on the deck eating pop corn watching a movie!

pirate Waiting for the spring

Sure, there are lots of thing fine with the winter, but now I'm really looking forward to the spring. I still have 50 cm deep snow all around my house here in southern Norway.

We are going to do it again tonight!

Last night we had a ice storm with a lot of wind, boy did I sleep well on the boat. Tonight it is going to be worse... !!!

Knock Knock Knock

Hey irwinsailor, I stopped by this afternoon about 1:00 at Amanda Faye (right during the high point of the blizzard) to see if you were around.

Nobody there, but wow, what an impressive boat, it looks great! Hope to catch you at the boat soon.

We were there. I saw someone walking away down the dock about 1, it must have been you. Sorry we missed you.
