seawolf 520. Not sure on the rebuild. Was working well until I over stressed it during the hurricane. It locked up.
It might just need disassembly. No idea. If you are in the area, you can come look at it.

To clarify my original request, looking for electric horizontal windlass that will work for a chain/rope rode combo. Current chain is 1/4" high test American and rode is 9/16 (14mm) double braid nylon. I could change out the chain to fit the windlass. Let me know what you have.

Sailnow2011: Can't seem to find specs on your Sea wolf 520 windlass. Dimensions, weight, rating in watts etc

I can email you the manual, but it is as follows.
max load:
chain: 770LB
rope: 880
Rope on drum: 824
30' a min at 200# at 28amps 12 volts DC.
weight 47#
power up/freefall down

you can make it power up power down by changing the motor.
