This is a SPX-5 Wheelpilot complete system for wheel driven sailboats at or under 16,500 lbs.

This SPX-5 is unique in that it will interface with either Seatalk 1 Controllers (ST6000+, 6001, 6002, 7000+, 7001, 7002, 8001, 8002) or Seatalk NG Controllers (ST70, P70).

The SPX-5 system features Smart Rudder SenseTM (SRS) enabled - so a Rudder Reference Transducer not required.

This kit actually includes a head unit, a ST6002 Control/Display..this head does not appear to be new, but as you can see in the pictures, it is in mint condition...

Normally this is sold as a "core pack"only, meaning you have to buy a display controller as well...

This is a new system, never installed!!!!! Was kept as a spare system in climate controlled storage. Owner sold his Island Packet 29.

The box was wrapped in plastic in a rubbermaid bin and was in fair condition but is not suitable for shipping, will ship in a stronger box..
