Yacht Location Reporting

As a foreign-flagged yacht visiting Australia, I'm required to report my boat's location every 90 days. When we checked into the country, they gave us postcards to write our location on and mail them in. My problem is, I can't find the postcards. I know I can email them but I can't find their address even though I've searched their website thoroughly.

Does anyone have that address handy? Thanks!
