I don't think you did a good job in May" email today) but maybe shelter-in-place pushed boat usage back a few months. This guy in particular is not a bad customer and always pays on time. I just posted this because it just chaps my ass a little bit when somebody who has never cleaned a boat bottom in his life presumes to lecture me on fouling rates and whether or not we did a good job.
Got you in a foul mood did he, by commenting our your prior fouling.

[QUOTE=fstbttms;3195312]...when a customer tells you eleven weeks after his previous service that he can see growth on his keel and that he thinks you skipped cleaning it last time.

Tally Ho misses your wonderful service!

Still I wish he'd left a LITTLE more paint on the hull
I'll just have to sail faster to keep stuff from growing on it.
SIX YEARS??? Holy cow, Don, do you moor your boat in a chlorinated swimming pool? What sort of paint lasts that long? Or do you really have an effectively unpainted hull and a good diver?

Well, I dunno, I guess I am just living right!
Don't tell anyone, but my part of the marina is in the brackish water, and I used my special hard then ablative combo trick!

Re: That Look You Get...

Not the best video I've ever shot but the boat owner was (after viewing it) contrite and asked to be bumped up to a 2-month cleaning frequency.
