I have a Cruiser Yachts 3375 (37 ft) and removing the seating area to get the floor out for work is tedious, primarily because every seat/cushion is attached to the fibreglass with a lot lot of individual screws/bolts.
Does anyone know a mounting method that allows quick release?
You could screw down industrial grade velcro, then velcro the seats to the velcro. If you don't sew, it would cost you something (probably a pittance) to have an upholsterer sew the velcro to the bottom of the cushion. Avoid a marinecanvas seller, they will charge more than a garden variety upholsterer.

Ann speaks with wisdom, as usual. That's what Velcro was designed for. If you are going to sew it up yourself, be sure to avoid the sticky back versions - they will gum up your sewing machine.
