I've offered this item on eBay and thought I'd give members of the forum a heads up.

One ABI Forestay Quick Release Lever to fit sailboat rigging 1/4" to 9/32" and takes a 1/2" stud. Included is a 9/32" swageless fitting on a 1/2" stud as in the first two photos with white background.
If you have ever had the desire to add an inner forestay to the deck of your sloop to make it a slutter or to make your current inner forestay easily removable this is the fitting for you. It is a never installed fitting and corresponds to ABI catalog 2146CH. My 1990 catalog lists the price as $326 and I'm certain the price has come up considerably in 20 years. In my point of view this fitting is constructed like a piece of art. It is in like new condition and has just been sitting on my boat for many years having never been installed. Starting price on eBay is $185.
The fitting can be shipped in a Flat Rate Priority USPS box to anywhere in the U. S. for $10.35.
