NZ Tonnage Measurer for Canadian Registration

Hi All,
I am looking for any recommendations for a Certified Tonnage Measurer in NZ. The vessel is on the hard in Whangarei. I require for registraring the boat Canadian. It's a 2003 Leopard Catamaran.

I do have a Canadian Certified Tonnage Measurer who is willing to perform the calculations (with live video measuring) remotely, but they do not know if their method will be accepted by Transport Canada.

Also, anyone know if the manufacturer (I have sent emails) would usually have this information from construction?
