I'll tell you why- because on some level, to you, their race is an issue.
I mentioned it once until you decided to pull the race card in order to create an "I'm right" argument like you enjoy doing.
...and I didn't ask you why

There's so muvh wrong with the rest of what you wrote, I'll ignore it.

This, however, makes little sense.

Why?

Many builders offered it as an OPTION.

Does that mean the buyers were either unknowledgeable or stupid?

Hi Stu,

I will have to defer to your knowledge of boats and perhaps my little analogy did indeed make little sense. My boat is a Bavaria 38 and have had the same problems of old anti-fouling coming off after the solvents softened the older coats. After others with more experience had seen what had happened they offered the view that my (second hand) boat never had a barrier epoxy coat prior to the very first anti-fouling from new and this contributed to the unreliability of consequent coats. You may be right in that I am mistaken over this. So throw my analogy out the window if you will. However I stand by the other things I wrote- which to my mind make the anti-fouling issue pale into insignificance in comparison.

So now I am happy to hear what you think is "so muvh wrong with the rest of what you wrote"
