Mosquito netting for entire cockpit area

Any suggestions on a good brand of flexible, durable mosquito netting?

I am creating a cover for my entire cockpit similar to the one in this picture.

We bought wedding veil fabric at the fabric store, It has a very fine mesh and has held up well for several years. And it is dirt cheap.

Knew an old fella years ago that encountered terrible bugs going S. on the ICW. he went off to Wally World or Costco and bought a screen tent, like for picnics and such . Threw the thing over the boom and weighted the edges with fishing weights.
Voila!
I have the remains of a similar, old screen tent the just happens to be exactly the proper circumference to fit my 'pit. The brass zippered door is even in the right place. Once I make up the mid-cover between Bimini and dodger, it's simply a matter of hemming the lower edge
Only downside is that screen small/fine enuff to repel no-see-ums will reduce any breeze considerably

We created a cockpit enclosure from a double bed size mosquito net, treated it with pyrethrins, and it killed the mossies and flies on contact. We weighted it with old rope. Worked a treat. Velcro to attach to dodger, and draped over the cockpit awning.

This is my plan as well on my $15,000 sailboat. I got a quote for a bimini with mosquito netting and the quote came out to $15,000! No thanks. Waited down mosquito net for me.

Check amazon for mosquito netting. I got a couple from them and I see they have one that is 39' by 10' to cover a patio for $26..

Agreed with the recommendation for something off Amazon. If I can find something that fits perfectly under the boom, I’ll go for something like this they even has a frame built in but tucks away when not being used

Amazon also has screens for hatches and companionways:

Long-Lasting Insecticide-treated Nets (LLINs)
The insecticide impregnated mosquito net is currently one of the best ways to prevent malaria, but, the Anopheles mosquitoes have started developing resistance to pyrethroid.
UNICEF has started offering a second generation of LLINs, which, in addition to the insecticide, use a type of oil called piperonyl butoxide (PBO) to inhibit the natural defence mechanism of the mosquitoes. When the mosquitos’ biological defence is weakened, the toxicity of the pyrethroid kills it.
Sorry, I don’t know where [or if] these new LLINs are available, to the public [retail].

Re: Mosquito netting for entire cockpit area

An alternative to nets that still allows ventilation (not a great one, but nothin's great when it's buggy out), are slow-burning mosquito coils. You can set one near where you're sitting (they're effect is pretty localized), and have all the air you need, as long as you don't mind it mixed with smoke.
We came to prefer this, in the deep tropics, over suffocating inside of screens.
Then we cruised north, and all our bug problems went away.
