Marinas/boatyards in/near Miami

Does anyone here know of marinas or boatyards in or near Miami that allow the owner to work on his boat?

not sure about miami but dania has playboy marina and fort lauderdale has river-bend, both are cheaper than the larger boat yards

if you are in tampabay and can get across the lake you might look at stuart boat yards, they are even cheaper than fort lauderdale along with several in west palm beach area

Actually Riverbend is contractor only (not do-it-yourself). Playboy Marine is the least expensive the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Cash only.
