I'm still on the right side of 70....but typically avoid drugs, pills, enhancers, etc like they are the plague.

Just a good diet without all the artificial crap in pills, etc, for me.

That and daily exercise, in whatever form that might be.

A steady diet of good luvin' is mandatory.

It's all relatively straightforward.

Well a little blue pill is handy every once in a while :-)

Sailorboy1, I really related to many things you say on here. Thanks for all of your contributions. When I get back to FL and am back on the water, would enjoy meeting you someday.

And while I’m tying on my phone, I can’t see who posted the video but thanks for that as well. I a big music fan and great lyrics touch my soul like Gospel.
