Experience with Custom Mattress Factory?

We're looking to buy a new mattress for our V-berth in preparation for living aboard. I found a good price + free shipping on a foam core/latex mattress through Custom Mattress Factory, but I'm afraid to pull the trigger. I know nothing about this company other than I found them on google. Can't really find any online reviews, good or bad, except some that feel like they are paid ads. They don't have any stores, so it just feels like sending our money into the void and hoping for the best. Has anyone had experience with this company? Or advice about buying a V-berth mattress in general? (I think we've decided we're not going to try cutting up a foam mattress on our own.)

Excellent product. Custom fit after a rep came to my boat to measure. I bought the latex/Poly combination. Going on 4th year with lots of use and still perfect. Not cheap.

While we only used this company for our home mattress, we loved them and their service. They claim they can make any kind of mattress in any shape - and not just by cutting foam.

Check the weight, we tried a latex core and it was like wrestling a jelly fish every time we made it. Making an odd shaped bed in a confined space can be challenging.

We have had two mattresses made by Handcraft and they both are been great! Nice people. Had them make sheets and mattress pads too. Delighted with everything.
