Cerium oxide

So im thinking of mixing some with my coppercoat when i paint bottom soon, was reading the new material release and will be the giunea pig lol. My plan is to use both, that way if the cerium oxide dont perform as planned then the copper still will. Is this a stupid idea?

I would not modify any bottom paint with additives, surely if it were effective, the manufacturer would do it and make their paint more effective so they would sell more, make more money, increase the price etc.
However many, many people add chili powder and all kinds of home brews. Some swear by it

Yeah, posted my idea before i did my research lol, it wont work with the copper
