Bow Sheath/Chafe Plate Fabrication

Have been looking for someone to fabricate and install a stainless steel bow sheath on our sailboat (42' Wauquiez Centurion) to prevent the anchor chain from scraping the bow on occasion. We're located in Deale, MD and I was able to get a quote for separate stainless steel chafe plates but not a wrap over the bow style. Can anyone recommend a metal fabricator in the Deale, MD or Annapolis area capable of making one? Would also need to be installed.
