81 TMI T-30 Refit and Make Pretty

With the outside dirty but mostly ready for sailing, this project begins on the inside. Demo is finished and the galley is taking shape.

The little cabinet was resourced from elsewhere on the boat and fit perfectly with a little support. I'm going to put in an L-shaped butcher block countertop from portside of the companionway stairs to right of the ice box where the stove is sitting.

An image shows a vertical line on wood, this was just to keep the hinged door nice incase it can be repurposed on the electrical panel or elsewhere. Another shows a clasp that got saved with a bolt.

Congratulations. That's pretty work. Do you have a splash date in mind? Need a source of stainless steel bolts the right length?

Hopefully it'll be ready for launch in 2 months. I don't need a source for SS bolts, just saving that little latch. The boat is mine!

Re: 81 TMI T-30 Refit and Make Pretty

I found this diagram mostly as it is by MarineHowTo.com. I have edited it a bit for my needs. Some people might need a source selector switch, source panel, and galvanic isolator between the shore power inlet and the inverter.

Determining my marine electrical needs have been so challenging. Anyway, this seems like a super solid electrical system. I am going to start an electrical install soon.
