Hydraulic ram for Trintella iv

Currently I am completely refitting my Trintella iv. As the original Neco autopilot was beyond repairs I decided to replace the whole thing. Now I have purchased a raymarine s3g computer and a raymarine type 2 pump. Now I need to fit an hydraulic ram. Does anyone have experience with fitting out a trintella iv or victory 40 with a hydraulic system? Which cilinder is best? How much power is needed from the Ram?

Thanks

Marten
