Most of the repairs are due to freshwater ingress by way of dodgy fasterner installation or mechanical action created by the way the beams where attached to the boat originally. Also copper nails corroding and busting up through the surface.

Example
Drill oversize holes for the fasteners
Wet out the hole with epoxy
After partial cure, fill hole with thickened epoxy I use 404+406.
Push the fastener into the thickened epoxy until set
Hold soldering iron on top of fastener until you can remove.
Sand down the surface and attach the hardware using the fitting
Sorry to be negative Salty but those beam lashings look somewhat inadequate.
I know sfa about Wharrams but my gut says “Danger Will Robinson” !
I would also suggest leather or rubber pads that go round the corners of the beam..
