I think to find for sale by owner boats, google the model. To sell my Manta 42 I purchased www.manta42forsale.com which came up good in searches for that model. Now I am using www.stfrancis50.com to sell my st francis which comes up very well in searches for that exact model. The ones that are hard to find are models you may not even be aware of. For instance here is one well within your budget but not widely known. Ocean Cat For Sale I sailed against a sister ship and she was very fast.
