Hatch covers and Seals

Hi!
Does anyone know where to get the acrylic to make your own hatch lenses?
I am also looking for the material to make the seals. Paying over $400 each for hatch covers is insane. The acrylic is cracked, but there is nothing wrong with the hatch hardware. Same thing with paying $55 a piece for a hatch seal, especially when you need 7 of them.

Iv'e used this company a couple of times because they are in my area but any acrylic company near you should be able to help. My hatches were in good shape just needed lenses which are flat. Pretty easy to cut with a jigsaw, sand smooth. I used Dow 795 to bed them in the hatches.
