Attaching anchor chain to bridle?

I'd agree with others, my mantus hook has never fallen off even when slack and I have yet to break the plastic part but I have 2 spares if I do. I've also considered the fact that a short piece of line of a zip tie could secure the hook into the chain as well.

Mantus "headquarters" is about 2 miles from my office. The guys builds some good stuff. Very creative. The anchor bridle he sells is overkill for my boat but I sleep very well at night.
