Anybody Cruising on a Power Cat ?

I have been interested in a trawler style cat and havn't found alot of info on them. Out of my price range for sure but just like the idea of a bluewater power cat.

I know that Mainecat and Endeavourcat are making them in the US. I've heard that both companies are selling more of them that they are sailing cats.

Also Google PDQ power and you will find the PDQ site.

There are quite a few in Florida, and they are still in production.

The sail version is quite sea-worthy. I would expect no less of the power version. The hulls are similar, though there are many differences in the bridge deck.

Re: Anybody Cruising on a Power Cat ?

With all the fixed bridges here in Florida its a great way to go if your are going to travel the ICW alot and you can go across the ditch from east coast to west coast of Florida in short time and smooth water.
