For Sale: 45' cutter - distress sale

I have a Kelley-Peterson cutter on the Sea of Cortez that was hit by lightning and needs to be re-wired and cleaned up.
The boat was in excellent shape with almost everything new and upgraded. New sails, engine, rigging, and chainplates, mast rewired, new fuel tanks, new seacocks, teak deck taken off years ago, rebuilt transmission and shaft last season, rebuilt rudder and steering last season and made aperture large enough for a feathering prop. Big windlass with all-chain rode. New stainless steel arch with 540 watts of solar and davits. Has a custom-made sun cover for hurricane season on the hard. Really in excellent condition but hit by lightning in dry storage yard. This boat would have easily sold for 120kUS$ in Seattle. In my late 70s and no time to rebuild. Looking for offers over 20k. Good place to work on a boat with inexpensive storage and labor on an excellent cruising area.
