Wind Genorator Vibration Problem

I have a Rutland wind generator mounted on an alloy pole with a support to the backstay and two guys to the transom, the support to the back stay has neoprene to stop vibration and the pole sites in a shoe lined with rubber. At certain speeds I get a strong vibration through the boat, does anyone have any suggestions?
