Dreamer, I lived in Colorado for several years. I am curious to know if you are planning on sailing there or elsewhere. Although I spent more time than I care to admit looking at sailboats I thought would be great to have I was always frustrated with the lack of places to put those boats. I had a small dinghy that I could drag to any number of too small "lakes" that kept my addiction at bay. It always felt like I was driving aimlessly around in a parking lot, it did not take long to see everything there was to see. I gave up and moved elsewhere. Good Luck.

Which of the old-time yacht designers said, something to the effect that:
“anyone who feels the absolute necessity to stand fully uprigh, on a boat - can go up on deck” ?
