I am hunting for the Manson boss for purchase and I run across the Fortress anchor video below.

It had to do with the two cats that scattered. Cats are always a problem. Ask any monohuller.

Now we know where that new anchor that one bolts together got it's idea from.

Driveways/beaches are fine... but you really should test them in the water.

It would of held OK if he used some chain and more scope (gotta love the multi section rode used)!

This is a definitive test, showing that FX-125s are completely useless, the new pariah anchor. . . . Thank goodness someone had the scientific rigor to design and carry out such an experiment.

I've heard that the FX-55 performs even more poorly. If anyone in the bay area wants to get rid of one of those dangerous 55s, I'll be happy to dispose of it for you. Free.
