I'm not sure they will cast custom. Maybe. I had custom bronze castings done in Seattle and Tacoma, but 20 years ago... dont know if they are still around or not...?

Re: Lord Nelson 35

Has anyone seen a Bow Thruster in a LN 35?

Re: Lord Nelson 35

I just was curious about this detail. Sailboat data shows the following mesaurements:

Lord Nelson 35: LOA 43, LWL 31.33
Lord Nelson 41: LOA 41, LWL 36.20

Is that right? Despite carrying an extra 5 feet of waterline, another foot of beam, and 10,000 pounds more ballast the 41 is two feet shorter overall than the 35?

Re: Lord Nelson 35

My guess is that the measurement of the 35' includes the bowsprit, but not so for the 41'.

I believe the mistake here is Saildata got it mixed up. The 41, they listed as 41 LOA but they are actually 41 on deck
