Identify This Cutter
I took a photo of this cutter several years ago during a BVI trip. I have been curious about the builder/model. The lines of this pilot house are exceptional, so I would love to locate one for a future purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know, but that is a good looking boat. Any other pics?

Unfortunately, it is my only photo. As you can see it was a beautiful evening as well.

Re: Identify This Cutter
It sorta looks like a Shannon pilothouse cutter? They are quite rare I think but beautiful lines.

Re: Identify This Cutter
I thought the same thing, but take a close look at those pilot houses. Especially on the 42.

Re: Identify This Cutter
There is only one Sat. dome. The lower one is an open array radar. But it is larger than a 44' boat.

Re: Identify This Cutter
I am pretty certain this is a Dick Koopman design. Mostly these boats are built in aluminum in Holland. The vessel you saw might be the Koopmans 56 currently for sale by De Valk in Holland.
I love these designs and they are famous for having a comfortable motion at sea, but the engine and system installations can be cramped as the engines often are installed below the pilothouse sole.
