What about the Fales?

I've been looking at boats for a bit and this one has come up on the radar...
1977 Fales Navigator sailboat for sale in North Carolina , I like the look of it. I know there is a 'Willard/Fales' boxing match out there, and it is so hard to find information on the Fales Navigator 32/33. It seems to be a well built vessel to me, but would like to hear what others think about the Fales 32'. There doesn't seem to be too many around, any idea how many were made? Seaworthy? Any others on the forum have one, or had one, or been on one underway? Thanks

Re: What about the Fales?

That is my Fales in the listing.I think the Fales Navigator is a great boat. There doesn't seem to be too many around, but I think thats adds something to it overall. Your right about the available information, but I've been digging some up here and there. As for the willard/fales 'boxing match'... The Fales is a well built vessel. Everyone seems to have a favorite something- ford/chevy, honda/yamaha, up/down, whatever... willards are good strong boats too. I own a Fales, I like the Fales. I don't own a Willard, I like the willard. They are both great in my opinion. To me, my vessel is very pleasing to the eye, and she is strong and seaworthy. I don't know how many were made, but mine is Hull# 047. If you like, you can email or PM me to schedule a viewing, or ask questions.
