Hello Kevin, Yes the 12000CT is a very pleasing boat.
Pros and Cons: I don't know of any Cons. The boat is fiberglass with teak decks. ( see Specifications)

This particular boat was extensively re-built by her previous owner and has a beautiful interior unlike any other you may have seen.

There are lots of small items that need repair. I have been suffering from health problems and have, by necessity, neglected needed maintenance. Major items however are in working condition.

She survived hurricane Ike with only minor cosmetic damage, but because of this, I have reduced my bottom line asking price, as is, to $79,000.00 USD net to me after all closing costs and any other expenses.

I am the original and only owner. She has sailed the Atlantic and Pacific waters extensively.

The deck is teak over two fiberglass with wood core. (2")
