going to pay 200 US$ per head per day, skipper and 2 crew, plus air transport, food etc. from Thailand Pattaya to Penang Malaysia.
you should set an upper limit of what you're willing to pay, e.g. 2 extra days maximum for a trip that should take 5 days. up to your negotiation power.
