Com-Pac Sun Cat

Howdy all. I do believe that I've finally found the boat for me. The Com-Pac Sun Cat. It has just about everything I've been looking for in a boat. Cat rigged. Gaff Sail. A decent small cabin with surprising room for the size of the boat. A mast that can be raised easily by one person. And so on and so forth.

So here's my question. Does anyone here have any practical experience with this boat? Or with Com-Pac boats in general? I'm just wondering how the reality fits with the propaganda...

I had a compac 23 for a while. It was my first keel boat, and was a great boat to learn on. Easy to sail, built strong, tons of character. The only problem was the very shallow keel made for poor upwind performance.

I really like the sun-cat. I think it would be a great little daysailer. I would acutally get the one with the very small utility cabin or even the model with no cabin. I think the cabin on the suncat is really too small to sleep in comfortably, and I would rather have the extra cockpit room.
