We are thinking about
buying a Com-pac 27, but can't seem to talk to anyone who has done any extensive cruising on them. We plan on cruising to the Keys(we live in SW Fla), then onto the
Bahamas through the
Carribean and possibly down to
Brazil.
Does anyone have any opinions on the performance & the seaworthiness of the Com-pac 27? We've gone to the factory & met the brothers, but unfortunately they were not building any 27's. They don't do their own glass
work, so we couldn't observe their process.
We are also interested in an older PS Dana 24, but I think it might just be too small to carry our bikes, kayaks etc. Anyone's thought on the Dana?
