I'd appreciate input from anyone who has experience on either model, pros, cons, suitability for living aboard full-time, etc.
Thanks in advance.

I would start by listing all the published specifications side by side and when you do you will see they are two very different boats. Two years ago I started looking at new yacht designs in the 40 - 45 foot range and I really liked the
Catalina Morgan 440, particularly the
shallow draft (under 5 feet) option. I believe it is a genuine cruiser and most
reviews rated it highly for that purpose. I ended up choosing to build a custom yacht but it was a close call. Of all the production yachts out there, the 440 came closest to being what I wanted in a cruising yacht. You can
google the owners website for the
Catalina Morgan 440 which should give more information.
