Dear forum readers ,looking for similar boat owners ..only 23 of these (GW42) were built back in 1980-3 and i purchased mine in a very bad state..currently re fitting …anyone that has one or has any knowledge please contact me ..

Beautiful boat! Spent several days in 1988, looking at making an offer on one though ultimately bought another Perry design. They were designed by Bob Perry . I was consulting with him while looking for a boat and if he is still offering that same service recommend you talk with him. Real value.
As I recall they were drawn to be keel stepped but the manufacturer changed to deck stepped without consulting Bob Perry and some problems resulted.

I'm 3 years into a formosa Refit and splashing for 1st time this year.

You friggin got this bro! Take the time to (figure out how to) do every step right! Don't compromise, don't waffle about, and don't get disheartened!

Refit the boat at a club with a Good shower, and a better bartender. Best advice I can offer
