Re: Beneteau 38

Flyer de mer, is your system stock? I'm having no issues with the stock electronics other than a minor bug in the T7, so in your case I'd suspect a bad device or cable, or possibly a wiring mistake.

Have your dealer hire a tech to run the maretron analyzer on it. There's no other good way to troubleshoot these issues.

I mistook your 35 for a 38--they look so much alike that its hard to tell them apart until you get close.

Ever do any of the South Coast Yachts Beneteau events? Would love to meet up sometime!
We've only had the boat for 5 weeks now, but I do hope to participate in some of the South Coast events. I look forward to meeting you sometime soon!

Hull 515!!! That's a lot of boats for this relatively new design. Congrats on your new baby. Where will she be playing?

I wonder if it is hull # 5 of 2015 ? This the #515 or #15 of 2015 in any case she is nearly ready to go.

My Hull is # 38 from September 2014. So, they sold 39 boats in 7 months. Impressive, as it is more than one per week.

Matt, we need more people signed on your group. I have learned a lot reading there. Ed, I suggest you sign in at Matt's facebook Beneteau group.

Cheers

Matt's got a Facebook Beneteau group? What should I search on? Likewise, this thread is great for its depth of information and insight.

That hull production sequence makes more sense, sorry for my misinterpretation.

It's called "Beneteau Oceanis 38 Sailboat Owners", and should come up in a copy/paste search. Sometimes it doesn't for those with non-English language default languages, in which case just send me a message with your full name and I'll add you.
