Any Information on Truant 37s ?

Have come across an interesting boat and wondered if anyone out there had one or knew about Bill Garden's Truant 37 Pilothouse.

So far all ive been able to find out is that it is a Garden design built in British Colombia near Vancouver Island and that it is related to the Saturna 33 and is the big brother of the Truant 33.

Im interested in knowing how it sails, its "motion" in heavy weather, details of construction, what they've sold for in the past, common problems, etc etc etc .

The Truant I am looking at seems to be in decent condition but will need a number of upgrades to be bristol again and was wondering if it was worth the investment. Current asking price is $68K.

Here's a link to a poster at sailnet who says his father started Truant Marine and Garden was his designer. Bet he knows your boat.
