Crew Wanted: looking for crew

Looking for crew for two to three legs in April 72 ft Hatteras motor yacht
1. Los Cabos to Ensenada
2. San Diego to Tacoma or to San Francisco and then San Fran to Tacoma
Goal is to get to Tacoma in good weather windows to reduce bashing but also have it happen in a timely manner.
Prefer at least 2 people and someone experienced in the route from San Diego north.

What are the financial arrangements; e.g., transportation to and from the boat, boat costs while enroute, and crew pay?

Regarding financial arrangements. Transportation to probably San Diego, meals etc while aboard, transport to home base if needed. Other finances open to discussion
