Record Breaking: All Souls Regatta 2022

The Puerto Galera Yacht Club have announced their Royal Cargo All Souls Regatta 2022 for October 29-31, billed as 'the largest yachting event in the Philippines, since 2004'. I am curious, what would it take to get all the cruising yachts around the South China Sea and West Pacific to join the event for just one year to give them a record attendance that would last a decade or more?

A keg of beer each? A free lunch for the crew? or . . .

- the opportunity to visit the only Philippine bay listed in the “Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World” directory?

- the opportunity to swim/snorkel/dive in the Verde Island Passage (that Puerto Galera is in the middle of) that was accorded the accolade by the Smithsonian Institute of “the center of the center of marine biodiversity”?

or . . . just to be able to 'race with intent' with like minded sailors with the chance of winning a bottle of rum?
