Winterising Checklist

First time putting our yacht up on the dry for winter in Greece (near Athens). We will be away for 6 months and while I’m sure I’ve thought of most things, I’m also certain there will be actions that I should have done, but missed.
Does anyone have a broad checklist they use when putting their boat up on the dry.
Would appreciate any input.

not to take anything away from you check list, but can we also add "if overwintering in the water in climate that will see freezing temps"
