Used Sailboat Market
I occasionally look through YachtWorld to see what boats are for sale. It seems to me that there are currently a lot a boats “under contract” compared to, say six months ago. What is going on? Seems like the RV market is red hot too but maybe for different reasons.

COVID, people realised they need a bolt hole, holiday home sales have rocketed up , boats and RVs.
