not sure if i would think it better if they were repenting rather than having made enough money and now finding it less profitable have decided to quit while ahead...

repenting is more like general butt-naked from Liberia who after sacrificing and eating people is now an evangelist !

Going to be a preferred stopover location now to get your refit done. Skilled labor at cheap prices and nice beaches.

i don't know about the skilled labour,but beautiful beaches,though you may want to take a Geiger counter............
