Seasickness... using frisson to manage it?

I've been reading seasickness articles and threads, and I've noticed no one ever talks about frisson as managing technique to motion sickness ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frisson )

I tend to use a lot when motion sick or feeling not so great in general.... but rarely hear much talk about it (which is strange since it seems so effective, as it's stimulating the reward portions of the brain and releases "endogenous opioid peptides").

Anyhow, I'm curious, anyone else using this to handle their motion sickness? Or is it just not taught?

On my last cruise up the Sea of Cortez, I sailed with two lovely young ladies. I indicated that I would be happy to oblige them with frisson (single or collectively) but alas, they were never seasick.
