Sailing November- February

Hi all
We are looking some advice please

We have decided after some time to go sailing from November to February for the next few years

We have now the funds for a boat. 39-45ft

Few questions

Where would you recommend?

My concern is the amount of time to boat will be unused
Both in turns of coast of storages and security

Is there any recommendations on Hiring Boats for four months? Durning this time

Or could anyone recommend or have experience in purchasing the boat, which a hire company uses during high season and we could use off season

Is the a part of the world this would work be in ?

Any other tips or advice on this would be appreciated

Thanks for your time 🙏🏻

San Diego could be an option. Something like this might be worth a look: https://harborsailboats.com/beneteau-charter-placement/

We did a few days with that club in Feb, 4 years ago. They seemed very nice and well organized, and the weather was a bit chilly but no problem.
