Dear sailors.
I am Andrei and I am in the look for a Sailing boat. I live in Colombia, south America.
I want to purchase a vessel to operate a luxury tourism service in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
I have searched for several options and I think regarding the price, the EU has the best offers.
How do you guys think I should proceed?
I appreciate any hint on the matter.

My recommendation: first check the Columbian government requirements for operating such a business. Do you have the skills and certifications required to operate a vessel with paying passengers?

If you have already done that, and are looking only for recommendation on where to buy a yacht, I then suggest you describe more specifically the characteristics of the yacht you seek.
