Accidental or not I'd call it a ramming with the force and damage it did

Former FBI agent is looking for a lost Estonian

When Andreas Sipsakas had disappeared 23 days ago in the Caribbean waters of Colombian waters, he was first searched by the US Coast Guard on an airplane. Then, according to Sipsaka's relatives, the Colombian authorities checked the last known position of the man, but since there were no signs of the Estonian or his sailboat Salacia, there were no active searches. The only one who started to trace the mysterious disappearance of the Estonian man was the 70-year-old American old-timer with his chambers.

"He's not currently looking for anyone except us," said Glenn Tuttle, who enjoys old days under the Florida sun.

But Tuttle is not a regular pensioner. Until 2000, he worked as an agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States.

"I was on organized crime and drug issues," said Tuttle.

Specifically, he refused to talk about that job, but was ready to open up the man's search plans.

In the event locals show up with the gear, some of it is found. That’s some question of a guy trying to find his missing brother. Try watching a good detective show. You’ll catch on.
