I'm currently using a surveyor from Annapolis, Tarn Kelsey. He's well known, and has been doing surveys for 25+ years on the Chesapeake. I've been happy with his knowledge and his responsiveness, and I have no reservations about recommending him based on my experience. I don't know of others. Feel free to PM me if you have specific questions about my recent experience. I have no ties to Tarn other than being a recent/current client.
