Instructional sailing in Florida

My wife and I will be in Florida in the Port Charlotte area mid December (actual dates to be confirmed) and would like to take 2 or 3 days of sailing lessons

We currently own a CS 36t which we purchased last year and have taken basic sailing courses.
Since we will be in the port Charlotte area we wanted to take the opportunity to do some sailing with an instructor.

Anywhere within an hours radius by car from P Charlotte would be ideal. Any suggestions or referrals would be appreciated.
